HOW TRACY READS THE ROOM
But not everyone knows where the rips are.
Some organisations ran straight in to AI adoption without looking. Some are still on the sand, waiting for someone to tell them it is safe. Both are exposed.
If you grew up in Australia, you know the first rule of the beach. Sit down. Watch the water. Look for the rips. You don't run straight in. You read the surface. You find the currents nobody warned you about. You work out where the flags are. Only then do you make your move.
AI right now is exactly like that beach. Tracy's method is the same one she learned growing up on the Northern NSW coast. Read the water first. Understand what is already moving in your organisation. Build your guardrails. Then move with purpose.
The question isn't whether to go in. Your people are already in the water. The question is whether you go in with a plan.

WHY CSP MATTERS
Tracy is a Certified Speaking Professional. The credential is awarded by Professional Speakers Australia. Fewer than twelve percent of speakers worldwide hold it.
CSP requires a documented track record of paid speaking engagements over five years. Demonstrated platform skill. Audience feedback to standard. Adherence to a professional code of ethics.
For a booker, CSP is shorthand for one thing. This person has done it. At scale. The audience kept asking her back.
RECENT WORK
Three recent engagements that show how the conversations land in different rooms.
More case studies coming. A full /work index follows in phase two.
SOME OF THE ROOMS
Tracy works across corporate, government, associations, NFPs and community organisations. Audiences range from boards and executive teams to frontline staff and regional small business owners across Australia.
Camp Quality, with Deborah Thomas AM, is one of the organisations whose work has shaped how Tracy thinks about AI in mission-led settings.
The Augmented Workforce isn't just about commercial gain. It is about human capability where the stakes are real.

“We recently engaged Tracy Sheen to deliver an introductory AI workshop for the EWPA and HRIA team, and it was a fantastic way to kick-start our AI journey. With AI top of mind but no clear starting point, Tracy cut through the noise with a clear, practical, and highly accessible approach. She helped the team understand where AI can genuinely add value, improve efficiencies, and support smarter ways of working. Tracy sparked fresh thinking across the team and left staff feeling confident, curious, and ready to explore what’s possible. We highly recommend Tracy to any organisation looking to take their first meaningful step into AI and the Co-pilot environment.”

“Tracy presented to my CEO Syndicate last week, and her presentation was both challenging and inspiring. She raised the stakes for each member, and we are all committed to taking the next steps to enhance our personal mastery and business competence. She made AI accessible and relevant. If we hadn’t had a time limit, we might still have been there!”

“Tracy recently delivered an insightful presentation as our expert guest on the YM3 Industry Insights, a monthly conversation that shares expertise, insights, tools and deep conversation with our audience of NFP’s, For Purpose and Peak Body leaders. Tracy’s information was practical, simple to follow and actionable. No hard sells, no complex jargon, just to the point, digestible information. She brings an energy to the room (whether in person or virtual) that keeps people engaged. Our audience referred to their excitement about ‘going away and having a crack’ with their newly sourced AI knowledge. Thanks Tracy.”

“I had the absolute pleasure of having Tracy Sheen speak at my 2025 Social Media and Marketing Conference, and wow, she delivered. Tracy’s session ‘AI & U: Super Charge Your AI Marketing Without Burning Out’ was not only practical but also deeply reassuring for an audience that often feels overwhelmed by the pace of change in tech.
“What I love most about Tracy is her ability to take a complex, sometimes intimidating topic like AI and translate it into simple, human-first strategies that busy business owners can actually implement. She blends expertise with empathy. She doesn’t just talk about AI, she shows you how to use it as a tool to work smarter, not harder.
“Our audience left her session with tangible strategies, renewed confidence, and a sense of ‘I can do this!’ That’s the Tracy effect. If you’re looking for a speaker who can demystify technology, energise a room, and leave people with real, actionable takeaways, Tracy Sheen is the one you want on your stage.”

“Tracy is a compelling and entertaining presenter, expertly imparting knowledge and insights in a way that is accessible, intriguing and keeps the audience thinking long after the applause (which is lengthy) is over. Couple that with deep expertise in the ever-shifting field of AI, and you have an individual who never fails to deliver real and substantial value to clients and colleagues, as a consultant or speaker. Oh, and she’s delightful.”
