A look inside the workshop guidebook
A 100+ page, plain-English field guide to using AI in a real small business: the frameworks, the safety rules and the ready-to-run prompts. A few pages are open below. The rest goes home with the room.

The shorter format
Not every session is a full day. Get the GIST of AI is the 52-page foundational guidebook from the Western Downs Business Summit in Chinchilla. Same practical spine, sized for a shorter room. It opens the way Tracy opens every session: with Country.

Where this book comes from
Every guidebook is written for the audience in front of it: the town, the industries, the tools already in the room. The Roma edition ran for 68 business owners from 39 organisations; one walked out saving an estimated 30 hours a month. That is the kind of day the book is built to support.
Whether it’s a Chamber event, a business excellence program or a council-funded initiative, the workshop is built to travel. So is the guidebook every participant takes home. It has run in cities and outback Queensland, and it delivers in both.
